What it is:
The Intuitive Sol Method is a client-led, individualized program that focuses on developing a structured plan to help reach your health and nutrition goals while healing your relationship with food. This is done through one-on-one counseling with Kallie Neville, an experienced Registered Dietitian Nutritionist.
What’s included:
-Free 20 minute Discovery Call.
-1 hour new client call.
-6 30 minute follow ups scheduled either weekly or biweekly (renewed for 8 30 minute check-ins at a frequency as needed-see below).
-Weekly goal setting focused on behavior changes and mindset shifts.
-Weekly topics & journal prompts.
-A proven framework to heal your relationship with food.
-Flexibility based on your needs.
The Nutrition 101 Crash Course
What it is:
Looking for more of an introduction?! Look no further! The Nutrition 101 Crash Course will make you the newest nutrition expert. You will feel confident in identifying nutrition myths, therefore being able to make confident, healthy food choices that work for YOU!
This would be great for someone who might not know where to start and could be an intro to learning more about Intuitive Eating and further tailoring nutrition to your specific needs.
What’s included:
-1 month crash course covering 7 different nutrition topics.
-Handouts created by a licensed dietitian that you get to keep!
-4 30 minute 1:1 Q&A sessions.
-The opportunity to debunk any and all nutrition myths.
Healthful Sol Follow-Ups
What it is:
Don’t worry, once you have completed one or both of the above programs, we don’t have to say goodbye! By signing up for continued Follow-Ups with Healthful Sol, you can be sure to be held accountable to your goals and continue perfecting the healthy habits you worked so hard to make.
What’s included:
-Either 8 30 minute or 4 60 minute appointments scheduled at a frequency as needed.
-Guaranteed support and accountability as you apply what you have learned to your life.
-More chances to learn about other nutrition- and fitness-related topics.
-Goal setting that helps navigate whatever life may unexpectedly throw your way!
